    And I would have assumed the green would be the ground. However most dc does use white as a "common" if I'm not mistaken. Even outside of the automobile world.

    I've ran into several inconsistencies with the wiring on those plugs, as well as different color wiring.

    Hmmmm, mine matches it. So far I haven't ran into any but then again you may have had to wire up more of them than me...lol


    Wait I did run across a trailer a guy couldn't figure out what was wrong. He had reversed the brake wires...which is a no no.

    I've ordered a new plug for the gooseneck after my brothers wreck. The wire colors were partially different. And had a similar problem on our 20' bumper pull. Maybe bad luck, but a test light is an invaluable tool.
